This privacy policy applies between you, the User of this Web-site and FairerPPI, the owner and provider of this Web-site and provider of the services detailed on this Web-site.  FairerPPI takes the privacy of your information very seriously.  This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data  collected by us or provided by you through this Web-site and by other means (e.g. by letter, telephone call and emails).

  4. Any further use of your data by Canary Claims (e.g. to contact banks on your behalf) will only happen if you decide to proceed by signing and returning their terms and conditions which are contained in the claims pack.

We have no control over these Web-sites and are not responsible for the content of these Web-sites.  This privacy policy does not extend to your use of such Web-sites.  You are advised to read the privacy policy of any such external Web-sites.
  2. This Web-site may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. You choose to use such social sharing buttons at your own discretion and You should note that the social media platforms may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.

Changes of ownership and business control

  1. FairerPPI may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale or transfer of control of all or part of FairerPPI .
