Building on Success
We’ve seen a surge of demand for our services over the last few months. On a couple of occasions we’ve taken the painful decision to stop taking on new clients. That’s difficult for anyone running a business, but in a way was also very easy. Delivering fantastic service to our clients always comes first and we didn’t want to get so busy that we’d let our clients down. We’re proud that we’ve maintained our service whilst we’ve grown, but there had to be a better way than closing the door every now and again!
In the background we’ve continued to invest to make sure we can scale-up to meet the growing demand for our fairer way of doing things. From May 2017 we started a strategic-partnership with a company called Canary Claims to offer an even better service. Canary Claims has been helping clients make successful claims for over ten years. It’s also family-owned and run by people we’ve known for years. In fact, they were instrumental in helping us create FairerPPI and have been massively supportive with advice and expertise at every stage.
We’ve decided to firm up our relationship so that we can help each other and use our combined scale and experience to deliver more to our clients. This means that new clients will receive claims packs with their name on.
